STEP TWO:

DEVELOP TEAMWORK

 Through guided discussions and vigorous mentoring sessions they will learn what it means to “move to the sound of the guns”, why leaders must be located at the point of friction, how to provide their employees with general guidance and a “commander’s intent” that will empower them to make decisions and take action in the absence of direct guidance.
